ESSAY White Blend (usual price - ZMW 227.69) - Agter-Paarl. Typical Chenin Blanc notes of pineapple, litchi and guava. The addition of Viognier and Roussaunne gives a touch of richness and also imparts elegant aromas of violets and spice. Only free-run Chenin Blanc is used for this wine.

BOSMAN Generation 8 Rose (usual price ZMW 237.64) - Wellington. The rose is a pale salmon colour and has hints of strawberries and fresh string flowers. It notes of wold strawberries and cranberries with a fresh fruit. The cinsaut component adds some structure and texture to ensure enjoyable rose with culinary appeal too.

ALVIS DRIFT Signature Range Shiraz (usual price ZMW 193.30) - Western Cape. Bright flavours of cassis and violets followed by integrated spice and subtle oak aromas. The palate is medium bodied with fine, dense tannin and balanced acidity.

DARLING CELLARS The Capeman (usual price ZMW 144.66) - Darling. An easy drinking red blend that displays a wide range of flavours including red plums, cherries, candyfloss and fresh crushed black pepper. The entry on the palate is smooth and juicy with a lingering finish. A well balanced wine with great drinkability.

ESSAY Red Blend (usual price ZMW 227.69) - Agter-Paarl. A medium-bodied red with an expressive nose and a soft, lush mouthfeel. Syrah gives ripe plum and dark fruits. Grenache softens the palate with floral notes. Mourvedre adds complexity with savoury leather and spice aromas. Cinsault gives red fruit and a soft mouthfeel. Depth and finesse, with gentle tannin structure. All components were lightly oaked in older casks.
