Paarl. This is made in a modern style, fruit forward and vibrant on the nose with notes of cherry, raspberry with shades of vanilla to the wine’s aromatics. The red fruit carries over into the palate which has engaging richness and nice mid palate suppleness with a savoury note on the back end that adds some extra nuance to the red fruit flavours. Medium to medium fuller bodied, this is very elegant, with good fruit purity and freshness with finer grained tannins.
