Western Cape, majority coming from the vineyards close to the Olifants River. This sparkling rosé wine is a non-vintage Muscat driven blend. A refreshing semi-sweet sparkle with a lovely acidity; flavours of strawberry, lemon, green melon, and cotton candy; great mouthfeel from lees contact.
